Directly convert from Java annotations to plugin.xml code

Currently, the developer is only presented with XML code when converting annotations. This should be replaced by the ability to directly read and write extensions in the Plugin Development Environment (PDE) of Eclipse.

However, there is currently no public (stable) API for this. This will need to get revisited when such API is available.
